Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We provide delivery to the UK, all countries in Europe, and all countries in the world.

UK Delivery - unless stated, is free delivery.

European Delivery - unless stated, is free delivery.

Rest of World - a delivery fee is charged.

While we do our best to deliver inline with our estimates, please note delivery times are not guaranteed, and are estimates.

You are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes on all orders. If an item is sent, and is stuck/delayed/received by customs, you must ensure that the item is delivered to you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@fashene.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your not sure, please message us so we can check for you.
